-In many areas we can send an experienced crew to erect your Hurricane Resistant frame package or you can put together the framing with our easy to understand instructions. We provide the plans and the framing components…all you need is a little building experience and to trade your hammer for a screw gun. We have taken our many years of field erection experience into designing our frames so our packages go together simple and easy. Each frame component is light enough for two people to handle, so no heavy equipment is required.
-Faster construction. Four people can put our three bedroom home together in less than one week.
-The frame for your Hurricane-Resistant Home can sit on any kind of foundation: concrete slab on grade, hollow core slab, or pier and beam.
-All supplies for the framing of your steel home are included with the directions: wall panels, roof trusses, permanent strapping and bracing, sheetrock backing, and fasteners. These are 100% complete frame packages. (Foundation and exterior sheathing not included.)
-With your Hurricane-Resistant home, you will get upgraded 5-1/2" exterior walls instead of 3-1/2" walls, allowing for thicker insulation which gives you a better energy efficient home.
-Our hurricane-resistant home framing packages can accept most common building materials. Your Superior Metal Framing home will look like any other home in your neighborhood except it will be stronger and stand the duration of time.
-A Complete material takeoff for the other building materials in your hame will be included to make your experience as easy as possible.
-We have one, two, three, and four bedroom home packages available with inexpensive prices. Any plan can be modified to fit your needs for a minimal design fee. If you have your own plans, we can engineer/design them to become a hurricane/storm resistant steel home.
-All supplies from a typical plan will fit on one 40 foot trailer. We can ship anywhere.
